BusyIP account alerts by text
A small, optional program: we text you about your own account and nothing else. No marketing, ever.
What this program is
BusyIP sells prepaid proxy traffic. If you choose to add a mobile number to your account, we send you service messages about that account only: a one-time code to verify the number, a warning when your prepaid balance is nearly used up, a notice when it reaches zero and traffic stops, confirmation that a top-up has been credited, and notice that the secret on your proxy credential was changed.
How you join
You opt in yourself, at busyip.com/signup or from your account settings, by entering a mobile number and ticking the consent box beside it. The box is unticked by default and the number is never required. An account can be created and used with an email address alone, and consent is not a condition of purchase. The form submits either way.

How you leave
Reply STOP to any message and every text from BusyIP ends immediately, at no cost. Reply HELP for help, or write to support@busyip.com. You can also clear the number in your account settings, which deletes it from your account record. Stopping texts changes nothing else — your account, balance and credential are untouched, and the same notices keep arriving by email.
